Yes! All of our core items — including candles, bath salts, lip balms, shower steamers, and face masks — are lovingly handmade in small batches. Because each batch is crafted by hand, you may notice slight, natural variations in color, scent, or packaging. Those little differences are part of the charm and remind you that something real and carefully made is inside.

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, as our team carefully prepares each item for its journey. Shipping times vary by carrier but usually take 2–5 days within the U.S., though occasional delays can happen during peak seasons. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can follow its progress every step of the way.

Due to the nature of personal care products and our small-batch process, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or if something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll make it right!

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Standard turnaround time is 3–5 business days before shipping.

We ship via USPS and UPS depending on the order size and destination. You will receive tracking information via email. We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
